The number of Michelin Star restaurants is on the rise.

The recent publication of the Michelin Guide has seen a record number of restaurants receive the Michelin Star award - 26 new one-star and four new two-star restaurants.

Of the 26 new one-star establishments, 18 are outside London – 14 in England and four in Scotland – proving that wherever your British holiday takes you, you should find a top-quality meal if you so desire.
